Permission Slip

I am feeling inspired to be a walking permission slip; a reminder that our unique expression is not only our gift to the world, but also a gift to ourselves. When we allow our truth to move through us, we inspire others while also liberating our own spirit.

Someone out there is waiting to witness your authenticity. Deep down, you are too.
Embracing your expression might feel terrifying, but it’s also where the real inner liberation lives.

I don’t claim to be the most talented or to express without fear, but I do declare that I will continue showing up, COURAGEOUSLY, in my expression.
Willing to move beyond comfort and to dissolve old expectations whether my own or anyone else’s.

I’m here to grow, to expand, to shed what no longer serves.
